  [###  SF 0053 Introduced

    ](/wyoming/sf0053)   12 Republican lawmakers introduced "Keeping Amateurism in High School Athletics" to legally ban NIL. Referred to Senate Education Committee (27-3-1 vote).

 Feb 16, 2026

 ###  Senate Committee Passes SF 0053

   Senate Education Committee voted 5-0 to recommend Do Pass.

   Full Senate passed the anti-NIL bill on 3rd reading with a 29-2 vote.
