• Strike 1: Ineligible until corrective action taken
• Strike 2: Mandatory one-year suspension from ALL PIAA sports
• Strike 3: PERMANENT loss of eligibility for remainder of HS career
Strict collective ban - no school/booster/alumni facilitation
No school property (gyms, fields, team nicknames) in promotions
Prohibited: adult entertainment, alcohol, gambling, tobacco, drugs, weapons
